RMA Service
If your Moxa product needs servicing or repair, you can take advantage of Moxa's online Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) center. We offer repair service for both warranty and out-of-warranty Moxa products at the following locations:

- Taipei, Taiwan
- Beijing, China
- Shanghai, China
- Shenzhen, China
Before sending your product in, you will need to obtain an RMA number.Use our on-line request form to obtain an RMA number.
On our online RMA system, you may request RMA service, track the status of your returned item, obtain clarification on RMA issues, and print RMA reports. Our staff is available at any time to provide you with the most friendly and immediate service.

Moxa? Warranty Policy
This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at Moxa's sole discretion, of the defective product during its warranty period. Moxa will replace any product found to be defective within the first three months of purchase provided said product was properly installed and used.
The customer agrees to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage during transit, to prepay shipping charges, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent. Customers may either seek assistance from the original dealer, or from the closest Moxa Service Office. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product's warranty period, whichever is longer. >> More information on Moxa's warranty policy whichever is longer.
